CHAP. 886.— An Act For the relief of Frank B. Case. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frank B. Case.May be appointed on retired list, Navy. That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint upon the retired list of the Navy, with the rank of ensign, Frank B. Case, formerly a midshipman in the United States Navy. Approved, March 3, 1901.
