CHAP. 882.— An Act For the relief of John M. Davis. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be,John M. Davis.Granted honorable discharge. and hereby is, authorized and directed to revoke the Order dismissing John M. Davis, captain of Company H of the Sixty-third Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and to issue to him an honorable discharge as of date of April ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*,*Proviso.*No pay. etc.
That no pay, bounty, or other allowances shall be paid or become due or payable by reason of or on account of the passage of this Act after April ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 3, 1901.
