CHAP. 88.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary E. Lacey. January 15, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary E. Lacey.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Lacey, widow of Benjamin H. Roby, late of Company E, Fourth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and late an army nurse in the Medical Department, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1901.
