CHAP. 88.— An Act Declaring Cuivre River to be not a navigable stream. March 23, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cuivre River, Mo., declared not navigable. That Cuivre River, in the counties of Lincoln and Saint Charles, in the State of Missouri, being the dividing line, is hereby declared not to be a navigable stream, and shall be so treated by the Secretary of War and all other authorities. Approved, March 23, 1900.
