CHAP. 864.— An Act For the relief of John C. Smith. June 7, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John C. Smith. Sale of certain land to, authorized. Interior be, and is hereby, directed to sell the following-described tract of land, to wit: Lots ten, eleven, and twelve, and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty-six, all in township eight north, of range thirty-five east, of the Willamette meridian, in the State of Washington, aggregating one hundred and thirty-five and ninety-five one-hundredths acres, to John C.
Smith for the sum of one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre. Approved, June 7, 1900.
