CHAP. 849.— An Act Increasing the limit of cost of certain public buildings, and for other purposes. March 3, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That to enable the Secretary Limit of cost of certain public buildings increased.of the Treasury of the United States to give effect to and execute the provisions of existing legislation authorizing the purchase of sites and the erection thereon of public buildings in the several cities hereinafter enumerated, the limit of cost heretofore fixed by Congress therefor be. and the same is hereby, increased, respectively, as follows, and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to enter into conracts for the completion of each of said buildings within its respective limit of cost, including site, hereby fixed:
United States post-office and court-house at Aberdeen, South Dakota, Aberdeen, S. Dak.from eighty-seven thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars. United States post-office and court-house at Abilene, Texas, from Abilene, Tex.seventy-five thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars. United States post-office and court-house at Boise, Idaho, from two Boise, Idaho.hundred thousand dollars to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. United States post-office and custom-house at Brunswick, Georgia, Brunswick, Ga.from fifty thousand dollars to one hundred thousand dollars.

United States post-office at Saint Cloud, Minnesota, from fifty thousand dollars to sixty-eight thousand dollars. St. Paul, Minn.
United States post-office, court-house, and custom-house at Saint Paul, Minnesota, from one million and fifty thousand dollars to one million one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Salt Lake City, Utah. United States post-office, custom-house, and court-house at Salt Lake City, Utah, from three hundred thousand dollars to five hundred thousand dollars. Seattle, Wash. United States post-office, court-house, and custom-house at Seattle, Washington, from three hundred thousand dollars to seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars; and the limit of cost of site is hereby fixed at two hundred thousand dollars.
