CHAP. 84.— An Act Restoring to the pension roll the name of Mary J. Calvin. January 15, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary J. Calvin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the 1651pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary J. Calvin, widow of Joseph A. McIlvain. late of Company H, Eighty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1901.
