CHAP. 822.— An Act For the relief of Olivia M. Clifford. March 2, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the claim of Olivia M.Olivia M. Clifford.Claim of referred to Court of Claims. Clifford for compensation for the alleged use and occupation by the United States, through its Corps of Engineers, of two certain docks or piers located in the Erie Basin, at the city of Buffalo, in the State of New York, while engaged in building the new breakwater, from January eighth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, to July eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-one. be, and the same is hereby, referred to the Court of Claims to hear and determine the same to final judgment, notwithstanding the bar of the statute of limitations, with the right of appeal as in other cases.
