CHAP. 82.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Smith Jeweal. March 21, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Smith Jeweal.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Smith Jeweal, late private in Company H, Fifteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, March 21, 1900.
