CHAP. 81.— An Act Granting a pension to David C. Dane. March 21, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David C. Dane.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David C. Dane, dependent father of George W. Dane, late private in Company A, Thirty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 21, 1900.
