CHAP. 794.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Fury. March 1, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Fury. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Fury, the helpless and dependent child of John Fury, late of Captain Dunn’s company. Fifty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1901.
