CHAP. 79.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Perkins. March 21, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theCharles Perkins.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Perkins, late of Company H, Sixteenth New 1478York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving.
