CHAP. 781.— An Act Establishing terms of the United States circuit court at Newbern and Elizabeth City, North Carolina. June 6, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, North Carolina eastern judicial district.Terms of court at Newbern and Elizabeth City. That terms of the circuit court of the United States for the eastern judicial district of North Carolina shall be held at Newbern and Elizabeth City, in said district, at the times now fixed by law for holding the terms of the district court of the United States at said places.
Newbern and Elizabeth City. Sec. 2. Effect.That this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, June 6, 1900.
