CHAP. 78.— An Act Granting a pension to Olive W. Lay. January 15, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Olive W. Lay.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Olive W. Lay, former widow of Nathan Paine, late major First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-live dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1901.
