CHAP. 77.— An Act Granting a pension to Rebecca Harvey. January 15, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Rebecca Harvey.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca Harvey, widow of Thomas Harvey, late of Company E, Fifth Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant Company E, Seventh Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry. and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 15, 1901.
