CHAP. 740.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. O’Brien. March 1, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary A. O’Brien. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. O’Brien, widow of Michael O’Brien, late acting assistant surgeon and first lieutenant, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1901.
