CHAP. 73.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Betsey A. Summers. January 14, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Betsey A. Summers.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Betsey A. Summers, widow of Rowen Summers, late first lieutenant Company G, Seventeenth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 14, 1901.
