CHAP. 723.— An Act Granting a pension to Jane Lucas. June 5, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jane Lucas. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane Lucas, dependent mother of Charles Lucas, late seaman, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars a month. Approved, June 5, 1900.
