CHAP. 709.— An Act Granting a pension to Marietta Elizabeth Stanton. March 1, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMarietta Elizabeth Stanton.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marietta Elizabeth Stanton, widow of Thaddeus H. Stanton, late brigadier-general, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1901.
