CHAP. 709.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances Horton Force. June 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frances Horton Force. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the penson laws, the name of Frances Horton Force, widow of Manning F. Force, late colonel Twentieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, June 4, 1900.
