CHAP. 682.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Harriet E. Meylert. June 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Harriet E. Meylert. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1589 laws, the name of Harriet E. Meylert, widow of Asa P. Meylert, late medical director of the Army of the Ohio and Cumberland and originally surgeon of the Fifteenth Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
