CHAP. 645.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Byrne. June 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Byrne. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Byrne, late of Company H, Twenty-fifth New York Volunteer Cavalry, and Company G, First United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, June 4, 1900.
