CHAP. 627.— Ac Act Granting a pension to Mary J. Fonts. February 28, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary J. Fouts.Tension. Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the1752 tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary J. Fonts, the former widow of Andrew J. Fonts, ate of Company B, Sixty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1901.
