CHAP. 624.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the military record of James H. Waters. June 4, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James H. Waters. Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of James H. Waters, late of Company D, Sixteenth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and to grant him an honorable discharge to date the eighth day of December, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no *Proviso*.
No pay, etc. pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 4, 1900.
