CHAP. 612.— Ac Act Granting a pension to John B. Frisbee. February 26, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John B. Frisbee.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Frisbee, late of United States steamer Monadnock, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment, without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
