CHAP. 560.— An Act Granting a pension to Edward Harris. May 25, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edward Harris. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edward Harris, who was wounded while assisting the United States marshal and a detachment of United States troops in an engagement with Bear Island Indians, Minnesota, October fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 25, 1900.
