CHAP. 546.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Flynn. February 25, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Flynn.Pension Increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1736laws, the name of Mary Flynn, widow of William P. Flynn, late of Company E, First Louisiana Militia Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901.
