CHAP. 533.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joseph N. Loving. February 25, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Joseph N. Loving.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph N. Loving, late of Company E, Twelfth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901.
