CHAP. 529.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Maurice Fitzgerald. February 25, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Maurice Fitzgerald.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Maurice Fitzgerald, late of Company I, Twenty-third Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901.
