CHAP. 491.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frances C. De Russy. May 22, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frances C. De Russy. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances C. De Bussy, widow of Gustavus A. De Russy, late brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 22, 1900.
