CHAP. 490.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Emma G. Sargent. May 22, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Emma G. Sargent. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1554 pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma G. Sargent, widow of Josiah H. Sargent, late of Company B, Second Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and Company A, Seventeenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
