CHAP. 488.— An Act To grant an honorable discharge to George W. Shank. May 21, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Unit the Secretary of the George W. Shank. Granted honorable discharge. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to grant an honorable discharge from the Volunteer Navy to George W. Shank, late an acting first assistant engineer, to date October twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That said Shank shall not, by *Proviso*. No pay, etc. the passage of this Act, be entitled to any bounty or back pay of any kind. Approved, May 21, 1900.
