May 19, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Slip Point, Clallam Bay, Washington. Light-house established at. That a light-house and fog signal be established and constructed at Slip Point, Clallam Bay, State of Washington; said light-house not to exceed the cost of twelve thousand five hundred dollars.
