CHAP. 482.— An Act To provide for sittings of the circuit and district courts of the southern district of Florida in the city of Ocala, in said district. May 18, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Florida southern judicial district. Terms of court. That in addition to the times and places now fixed by law for the sitting of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the southern district of Florida there shall be a session of the said courts in the city of Ocala on the third *Proviso*.
Court rooms. Monday in January in each year hereafter: *Provided*, That the county in which said courts are to be held shall furnish suitable rooms and accommodations for the holding thereof, free of expense to the Government of the United States. Approved, May 18, 1900.
