CHAP. 48.— An Act Granting a pension to Rosalia Tejidor Brinckerhoff. January 14, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Rosalia Tejidor Brinckerhoff.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rosalia Tejidor Brinckerhoff, widow of George L. Brinckerhoff, late captain Company B. Tenth Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901.
