CHAP. 471.— An Act To pay H. P. Dyer for carrying mail. February 23, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the H. P. Dyer.Payment to.Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to H. P. Dyer the sum of three hundred and fifty-four dollars and ninety-four cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for services in carrying mail on route numbered eighty-seven hundred and forty-five, in Texas, from January first to May thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, February 23, 1901.
