CHAP. 462.— An Act To correct the naval record of Thomas Dunn. February 21, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Dunn.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to remove the charge of deser-1721 tion now standing on the records of the Navy Department against Thomas Dunn: *Provided*, That said Dunn shall not by the passage of *Proviso.*No back pay. etc.this Act be entitled to any bounty or back pay of any kind.
