CHAP. 46.— An Act Granting a pension to Catharine Weinheimer. January 14, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Catherine Weinheimer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine Weinheimer, widow of Melchior Weinheimer, late of Company I, First Regiment United States Reserve Corps Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however*, *Proviso.*—condition.That in the case of the death of the helpless and dependent child Caroline Weinheimer, on whose account the pension of Catharine Weinheimer is increased, the pension of said Catharine Weinheimer shall continue only at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless and dependent child.
