CHAP. 46.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Ellen Lauriat. March 20, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Ellen Lauriat.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Ellen Lauriat, widow of George W. Lauriat, late a major of the Thirty-second Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 20, 1900.
