CHAP. 455.— An Act Granting a pension to John B. Wetherbee. May 12, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John B. Wetherbee. Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Wetherbee, a cook in the employ of Company G, First Regiment Washington Infantry Volunteers, and pay him a pension for wounds received near Paco Church, Manila, Philip-pine Islands, February fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine. Approved, May 12, 1900.
