CHAP. 448.— An Act Granting a pension to Minerva McClernand. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Minerva McClernand.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minerva McClernand, widow of the late Major-General John A. McClernand, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1901.
