CHAP. 434.— An Act Granting a pension to Carrie E. Babcock. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Carrie E. Babcock.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1715laws, the name of Carrie E. Babcock, the dependent and helpless daughter of William J. Babcock, late of Companies E and B, Second Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1901.
