CHAP. 433.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha E. Graves. May 12, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Martha E. Graves. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha E. Graves, widow of Anthony B. Graves, late a private, Company E, One hundred and thirtieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of said Anthony B.
Graves under the age of sixteen years, in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 12, 1900.
