CHAP. 43.— An Act Granting a pension to Andrew Ferguson. January 14, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Andrew Ferguson.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1642pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew Ferguson, late a pilot, United States ram Lioness. Mississippi Marine Brigade, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 14, 1901.
