CHAP. 422.— An Act Granting a pension to Annie M. Churchward. May 12, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Annie M. Churchward. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie M. Churchward, widow of William F. Church-ward, late private, Company H, One hundred and fifty-ninth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of the soldier until such child shall arrive at the age of sixteen years.
