CHAP. 419.— An Act Granting a pension to Paulina Smith. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Paulina Smith.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Paulina Smith, dependent mother of Marcellus Smith, late of Company G. Thirty-first Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1901.
