CHAP. 418.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Elizabeth Moore. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary Elizabeth Moore.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Elizabeth Moore, widow of William M. Moore, late captain Company G, Third Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1901.
