CHAP. 415.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martha M. Bedell. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martha M. Bedell.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha M. Bedell, widow of David E. Bedell, late of Company E, Twenty-second Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-two dollars per month in *Proviso*.—condition.lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Susan Bedell, the invalid and dependent daughter of said David E.
Bedell, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, February 20, 1901.
