CHAP. 415.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jeremiah B. Moore. May 12, 1900. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jeremiah B. Moore. Pension increased. Interior be, and ho is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah B. Moore, late a sergeant of Company K, First Massachusetts Volunteers, in the Mexican war, and subsequently lieutenant-colonel of the Third Regiment California Volunteer Infantry in the war of the rebellion, and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
