CHAP. 401.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Brown. February 20, 1901. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Brown.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Brown, late first lieutenant of Company M, Sixth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving. Approved, February 20, 1901.
